Refund Policy

All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are final and non-refundable. If you have questions, reach out to customer support via email.

If your purchase was made from ORSwellness.com and the product received is incorrect, damaged (outside of the carrier), or missing from the order, you may be entitled to a refund if ORS is notified within 10 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be reviewed if received within 10 days of when the order was delivered.

If your product arrives damaged or unusable, incorrect, or missing the customer must notify ORS within 10 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support.  Please note when contacting us, you will need to provide a photo of the packing slip, product, and the box it was shipped in showing the shipping label.

Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 15 days of the last checkpoint. Please include the email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim.

Once Optimal Recovery Solutions Customer Support team receives the inquiry, a determination will be made within 15 business days, depending on the inquiry, to complete the request. All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the shipping cost.

If you purchased one of our ORS products at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the return/refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.

ORS retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. ORS also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

While ORS stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
